In this post are links to an enrollment application, a description of the fund choices that GuideStone offers, and a rollover application for you to complete if you would like to rollover funds from a previous retirement plan into GuideStone. Both the Enrollment Application and Rollover Application are editable so you can complete them electronically and then email them back to Angie.
