Ron Clipp
Ron Clipp has served as Executive Director of Shepherd’s Staff since May, 2005. He
is a 1976 graduate of the United States Naval Academy and previously worked in the
defense industry, first as a consultant and later for General Dynamics in San Diego,
CA. Ron has been married to his wife Kathi for 25 years and they have four children.
As Executive Director, Ron overseas all aspects of Shepherd’s Staff’s
ministry to its missionaries and to their sending churches. In addition, he coordinates
Shepherd’s Staff’s
Field-environment Intensive Training (FIT) for missionaries that is
held annually in Mexico.
