Jeff Jackson
In April of 1993, Pastor Jeff Jackson returned to the United States after 5 years of church
planting in Cebu City, Philippines. Pastor Jeff founded Shepherd's Staff Mission Facilitators,
Inc., in 2000 and turned the day to day management of the ministry over to Ron Clipp in 2005.
Pastor Jeff now pastors
Cross-Connection International Fellowship in Phoenix, Arizona.
